people do ridiculous things in 3bet pots. on this texture we beat all the ridiculous and there is enough of it in his range to make it ok.

Yeah of course it's no shock to me that there are players capable of this type of play, and of course if that is his range then it's correct to call.

I am shocked though that we should assume players in a 22 rebuy would be this retarded as a default without any reads.

Guess I need to give less credit.

I mean his play is not horribad once it gets to the flop. if he's shoving most of his range here some people will b/f 99-QQ and others will b/c AQ/AJ. On avg it's meh but not horrendous.
