Re: 22$ - TT pre spot

am I really the only one who doesn't want to call 10% of my stack pf against nit. Well we def can win a small pot when he just c/f or bets the flop and c/f the turn but we can't really do anything tricky and we prob win his whole stack only when we hit the T and not even then every time + the times he won't give us action.

MP1 raises to 210

i think you mixed the stack sizes of villain and hero

I wanted to fold but couldn't resist. Just calculated that 58% of the time we don't hit set and there's at least one overcard on the flop. Anyway, the sample size is quite small so I wouldn't be so sure that villain is a nit..

No I just meant different thing I was saying. But it's 10% of our eff stacks. The same problems apply still.

Also we are not flatting to set mine but playing a strong hand IN POSITION vs what is likely a pretty face up opponent

I think we can flat any pp, it`s the question of our aims.
We can just play 99+ and setmine 88-.
Though I`d fold 22-44 vs unknown "tight" opponent.

It`s about 60% of having an over, but it`s never an obstacle anyway. (prolly A only is making the difference)
We`re going to call his cbet anyway and bet checked to us non Axx boards.

flat 88-TT, AQs, fold AJs AQo and smaller pairs (we are not deep enough to set mine)
3-bet/call JJ+,AK+

We have 11-1 eff IPO, calling 3.5x raise pre, 3x covering V.
I think we can set-mine here.
