I think you played it ok. I do like to cbet flop bc he may turn 88-99 into a bluff here if you check behind because your perceived range is KK and that's about it. I'd rather not play a guessing game
pre is fine...more is ok too but I am fine with the sizing
flop is fine...betting seems pointless...only reason to bet is to block a bluff

We have 2nd pair in a 4bet pot 90 bb's deep. We're crushing a decent part of his range but that's the part he folds when we bet the flop.
If we are calling all turns we get value from some of the stuff he folds on the flop and there's a number of turns that give us decent equity against the stuff we're behind. Kings are the nuts, all spades give us the nut flush draw and we have backdoor straight equity too.
Calling the turn is >> jamming turn unless we really expect someone to fold Ax getting >2/1 in a 4bet pot?
