Sorry for not having the HH here but doing this from my phone the day after...

25ppl left from 800 so well itm
Hero has 200k++ (roughly 55bb)
Villain around 45bb

Blinds 2500/5k

Folds to hero in sb with A3ss and I complete
V checks
Flop
5h2s7c
Hero cx
Villain bets 7600 hero calls

Turn Ks
Hero cx
Villain bets 18k
Hero??
Villain has roughly 150k behind
Any merits to cx raising flop?

I'll preface this by saying my BvB game probably needs a lot of work.

What are your reads/stats on villain?

Vs unknown, raise pre.

Probably a good idea to raise flop since we can be trapping and we have a lot of turns we can barrel.

Once we get to the turn I'm probably just taking my odds and calling.

Definitely raise pre. Too strong hand to check and then play out of position when flop misses you.

"Lmao no"?

1. How was he supposed to know that you are limping all hands when you didn't mention it?
2. Suited A in the small blind absolutely should be an open raise. But right, lmao we never raise. Why? Are you sure this strat is correct or exploiting a weakness of his? Certainly doesn't seem like it if you are asking for feedback on a spot that you created with your own rule.

As played, now calling turn. Don't love C/R flop, what are we repping? Might have even just folded flop as played. This is why OOP without control of pot sucks, no clue where we are.
