Level 1 so 13k effective. 25/50. BB is away from table. Folds to me in CO I limp with 33. Button and SB call. Flop KT3 rainbow. Aggro SB leads 100, I call. Button calls. Turn offsuit 4. SB bets 200, I call. Button calls. River 10. SB bets 1100. I raise to 3000. Fold. Fold.
I just called turn as I expected SB to fire 3 streets. What's the best line here?
Preflop I would raise if I thought I had a decent chance of taking down the blinds or getting heads up with the SB. If button is loose-passive pre I don't mind the limp.
Postflop I would usually call the flop bet and raise the turn to get value, mainly from draws and kings. When you flop a hand this strong you have to get money in somehow.
However, given your explanation I actually don't mind the turn call to allow the button a chance to call with a weak made hand or draw, and to allow the SB a chance to barrel again. I would rarely advocate smooth-calling the turn with this board texture and these stack depths, but given the weak preflop action, your opponents' ranges are weak and I don't think a turn raise will get called very often.
As played I would just reconsider your river sizing, and think about what part of your opponents' ranges you are targeting. I would either raise small to target a weak king, or I think the best option may be an overbet to target an (unlikely) strong king or (more likely) ten.
