Hey

I felt that the tourney had been going well. Was opening a decent amount pre and taking down pots uncontested. My image was was likely a little on the LAG side.

The open is prob a bit marginal, but as mentioned I hadn't been getting too much resistance so far. The BB had stats of about 35/25 over about 40 hands. My impression was that he was the type of player that didn't mind tangling a bit with others (maybe that skews my hand more to a fold pre), but we didn't have any confrontations as yet between us apart from one pot I raised and took down on the flop against him.

On the flop I opt to check along as my hand has a lot of equity but I wouldn't feel great either folding or calling off with it against a check-raise, which i thought was likely with this opponent.

When the turn Ace hits i'm basically happy to go with my TP + SD + baby FD.

thoughts?

Is this a turbo or is it just me thinking that the stacks are very shallow?

With those table dynamics, I don't mind opening so much.

I would c/c OTT and b/f the river if villain checks to me I think, as the flush draw got there and you want to get to show down asap with TPNK/WK due to the flop hitting BBs calling range (suited connects and rag aces) pretty hard.

Yes it is a turbo. Sorry, should have specified this in the thread title.

All tournies I play at the moment are turbo tournies.

You're either drawing dead or have a heap of outs. So I suppose the question is: what are the chances v has two hearts? I'm at work so I can't actually run some real numbers, but you get the idea. Shove is good depending on the %chance v has two hearts.
