The turn bet size is ok, I think slightly bigger reps bluff better and paralyzes non-nut hands +airball float i.e. A9o
same with river bet sizing ~40% looks blockish and you owned his soul. WP
If he wants to x/r wide for value, he is probably very unbalanced with turn river barrels.
mainly gives up a street, which why your bluff seems suicide.
I think he needs to balance better by setting up stronger spr's and shoving river with entire value range and air balls
