Thanks all for the comments. I'll give results now.

So I flatted the c-r. In-game I thought that this rep's some degree of strength, but in hindsight I can't see myself flatting much of my value range in this spot. The turn was another 9, which i checked along. I didn't think that I could rep much if I bet out now on that turn card. The river was another 2 (so the board reads 96292), villain checked, and i made a poor bluff attempt (again, bad card to try an rep something). Villain called and flipped over Qc6c.

C-bet flop almost always , if called their's a lot of cards you can double/triple barrel bluff.

as played - folding to the raise.

If you call this raise with any made hand in your range, I would call this raise. If you had AA here, instead of jamming you'd probably just call this raise fearing the set and see if/how much he leads out for ott. In other words since it's such a dry board, while his raise looks fishy so would a 4bet jam. Like why would you ever be 4bet jamming flop with an overpair...if he wants to barrel the turn with 9x then swell for us. In summary, I think he checks and you take it down ott a lot here..

jamming will work sometimes but it's a high variance line to take against a cr so close to itm and it seems unnecessary. easier spots.
