16.50 BB early spot w/ 99

Kind of meh spot vs random so looking to get some feedback
Our bounty is 2x bigger then both villains but since we cover it's w/e.
How often does random spew/gii here without having it, is it close spot or snap fold still ? FWIW 1st villain tanked ~30 sec into timebank before folding.

Never calling, would not even consider it a spot with 99 tbh. More of a ****ty spot if you have queens or above, but I think the reasoning is the same stacking of 70bb+ with a naked overpair on this board facing this action is not good.

Im on the same boat with you but does this mean that we should fold AA and pretty much everything >2 pair here ? Just elaborating this forward, I'm pretty sure even drooliest villains dont spazz here enough to make this call.
