utg opened very wide, lots of trash. aggro pf too. This was 13 left or so in the 11 rebuy and i decide to run a bluff, is it even any good? worth it at this point? sometimes I can't resist against really loose players. Thoughts? TY!
Re: 11 rebuy FT bubble..crippled by bluff, thoughts?
fold pre, if he folds to 3bets, 3bet/fold pre
bluff is v.bad vs any thinking/stationy/egotestical player + he could easily have Qx here when he x/b somewhat cbettable flop. Also his line indicates he may have a read on you to possibly being inclined to make moves. so info on your image would also be relevant. But personally I call you down here with 99.
don't post results please

I don't mind bluffing like you did, but much prefer doing so when he cbets the flop as the likelihood he holds a Q in his hand drops substantially (would check almost always). If he calls the c/r OTF then I tend to keep firing until I get a fold OTT or OTR, which feels (assuming enough chips on both parts) at least 90% effective by the river. Lastly, by playing this way on the flop bets it gives us a 3rd opportunity to barrel and bluff as opposed to just 2 when we take this line startig OTT.

first up, kudos for running a bluff at this stage. FE at it's highest leading up to FT bubble, and this is no exception. get aggro.
that said, there were two better spots to get aggressive:
1. light 3bet from BB ~16789
2. lead flop
as played, you tell a reasonable story ott, but he's not buying it and calls. don't bluff an amt that he has to call (given his turn b/c). either give up, or make it larger and really put him to the test. ~31K. biggest mistake people make with bluffs is to get half hearted about it. grab your kudos and bluff large.

aggro pre does not mean that he is bad post, might be 4sure - but not necessarily. you get a checkraise some on paired flops which is freakin irritating and here he might just make a delayed cbet with some AT hand, which is good often without having to cbet and be vulnerable to rebluffs. mid pairs or AK might call the turn raise. we rep nicely ourselves also here. just like 27888 otr. im not saying that this is a superb bluff, but certainly not the worst.

agrro post as well and you think he's folding turn after checking flop
it's also part of the reason it's a **** hand to flat oop
Re: 11 rebuy FT bubble..crippled by bluff, thoughts?
no, i do not think he folds the turn easily to a small checkraise, hence the river barrel. he might even float the turn. i agree, A5 oop is vamoo to flat with, but it gets better if u plan on doing shananagans like this one.
Re: 11 rebuy FT bubble..crippled by bluff, thoughts?
think i'd bet the turn myself, i dont see what you rep here besides the blade. he can call down easily with every pair vs half pot bets, maybe even with Ahigh
pre is ok sometimes, i'd mostly 3b or fold
