$100 Live satellite, easy Jam?

Local casino $100 satellite to $1000 Deep stack

Blinds 100/200 with a 25 ante. fast structure with 20 minute levels. 40 players left, top 5 get seats. chip average is 10k

Villian: Young guy, only been at the table for one orbit, but has been very active. He 3 bet preflop and then 3bet jammed an AAJ flop with 44 (ran into JJ and lost half his stack). Then 2 hands later won a big pot by calling 3bet pre then check jamming the flop (getting a fold this time).

Hero: Young guy, Villian has only witnessed one hand where i raised pre, then took the pot down with a C bet.

Action:

UTG T8000: Limps
Hero T15000: raises to 750 from mid position With 1010
BTN Villian T14000: 3 bets to 3000

folds around to hero

Hero?

Given Villians past actions (though small sample size i know) i think its safe to assume we're ahead of his button 3 bet range. Is this any easy Jam? Villian seems smart enough that he wouldn't call a jam with worse. Calling might work with the intention of check jaming the flop to get a little more value (though i think this might be very risky). is folding an option? min raising? with the intention of folding to a jam?

this is the first time i've played something with a structure this fast, so I'm just not sure how many risks i should be willing to take early in the tourny.

jam.

you'll instantly be read for AK which has then following outcomes:

he folds the QJ-AQ range you currently flip against
he happily announces 'sure i'll flip and proudly tables his 22-99'

take the punt. it's a +EV spot.

His sizing is lol (did he use similar sizing for the 44 3bet?) but I'd still jam vs described villain.

I like your confidence. Myself, I would definitely tank and think this through for an extended period of time, but yeah...probably would come to the same decision. Seems like calling is out of the questions with stacks as they are, and folding seems tight and wrong here. Think his bigger than normal 3bet sizing may be further evidence for the 22-99 range suggested above, and as such is more reason to shove instead of fold...

Yeah I think this is really important OP. I'm slightly weary because we have made an Isolation raise against UTG from mid position showing strength.

Re: $100 Live satellite, easy Jam?

his 3bet with the 44 was to 2k against an open of 600. So this raise is bigger, but givin the limper in the pot and my larger raise, i feel like they are comparable.

Also, another piece of information that i didn't think about much at the time, but looking back may have been important. He was still stacking his chips from winning a big pot the hand before when he tossed out the 3bet. He was stacking chips, quick glance at cards, instantly throws out 3 1k chips, then goes back to stacking chips. very non-chalant. Possible sign of strength? weakness?

I think this guy is pretty much taking use of the situation that he have made two 3-bets already and feel very comfortable with the table. I think most ppl if they are new to live poker would make more of an act if they actually have something decent in this spot. According to his earlier range I would pretty confidently jam with 10-10. Also it's important to you to build a stack in faster structures so this is one of the better spots.
