100 classic main event quick hand review

Sorry I dont have any stats, this is based on my memory of a hand last night
I was MP with around 40k
Villain was MP+1 with around 60k
Blinds 800/1600
I Raised to 3200 with QKdd
Villain flat calls
Flop comes K-8-2 Rainbow
I bet around 5-6k villain calls
Turn comes 7 i bet around half pot (maybe a little over) villain calls
River comes 8d
I expected a 3bet if this guy had AK KK or AA (ofcourse that doesnt always happen) that leaves him with value hands of an 8 22 or 78
on the river i shoved around 20k and he snap calls with KK
What are your opinions on this hand?

Yeah I agree , however it was getting late and I was really tired
I dont think hes calling the river shove with anything worse than KQ

Think river is a check, but how bad can shove be.
