Hand 2 is impossible to comment without knowing the position you opened from or the position of the flatter. Open size is too large though. Pick one standard open size, something between 2.25 and 2.5 live.

To clarify hand 2:
I was in the small blind facing a preflop middle position limp. I made a 4xbb raise with 99 and then barrelled twice on ace high board with a gut shot.
I think this is my second worst hand of the three.
I did lay down qq preflop against aa, forgot to add that in the original post. Probably a much better hand than my first one!
