Hi guys,

preflop - when reviewing now, I think I should open-shove it pre having 19,9BBs, right?

flop - decided to ch/call, but what would be optimal line here? - considering that MP1 is betting only 1/5th here...

turn - what should I do on turn better? (I shoved 3094 chips into 3120 pot, cause thought he has some draw)

What you suggest?

Poker Stars, $6.82 Buy-in (100/200 blinds, 30 ante) No Limit Hold'em Tournament, 9 Players

Personally I'm cbetting flop. Our range when we open UTG+1 is gonna be super strong and this is one of our most reasonable hands to bluff.

As for as played, I can't really fault for calling flop bet. I probably would because it's so small. AP though we're probably going to have to check fold turn unless something crazy happens

I think the standard raise is fine, though given your position I might go up to 3x. What I don't like about shoving 20bb in spots like this is that it essentially turns your cards over because it looks like you're shoving a hand that you don't really want to play postflop with. So it looks exactly like an AQ+/77-TT type of range.

As played the flop x/c is fine given the odds you're getting, but the turn becomes a x/f since you haven't picked up anymore equity. I'm not really sure I understand the rationale for shoving the turn. What are you repping after x/calling the flop? You likely would have bet any overpair on the flop, and it's hard to rep an 8 there. And you wouldn't shove a boat on the turn. So your bluff doesn't tell a very believable story.

thanx for replay, yeah I'm not repping anything worth shoving on turn, since I'm opening from utg+1, just maybe AK or AQ:diamond on a given 8T82 board, these would be only hands /in my opinion/, someone might shove here on turn,,,? - but - he's not calling worse here, so yeah - ch/fold turn is optimal.

I usually shove this in EP. As played why check flop if you're going to call a bet?
