Table is incredibly tight, no one playing much of anything.
Hero had been waking up with some solid holdings in the BB and applying pressure to the SB, executing 3 steals pre over 2 levels or so. So villain may have been getting annoyed. Hero knows villain very well. Villain has many bluffs and just showed a monster bluff with 82 off suit.

Question is, what is the proper calling range here. Not very deep, Id assume its something like 7s+, A/10s+, KQs, A/10o+ and maybe some KQo

Asked a few friends and they seemed to think it was a clear fold given relative stack sizes.

You need to provide us with more information. Did the bubble already burst? Are the payouts flat or top 3 heavy?

Furthermore you say that the average stack is 6 bbs. Villain just showed a 'monster bluff /w 82o'. In what situation? There are little bluffs which can be made with this little bbs. But it just happened? He showed 82o when he jammed in the SB vs your BB?

And what do you mean by applying pressure? He limps a lot in the SB and you punish him by shoving?

--All remaining payouts, 1st-6th
--Size of each of the other players' chip stacks
--What you think shover's range is

Plug all of this into an ICM calculator to see how much money you win/lose by calling here. Given the average is 6bbs I imagine SB is incredibly wide and this is a super +EV chip call, but probably an ICM fold. But I'm just estimating and software is available to give you solid concrete logical numbers.

Given this information we are WAY ahead of V's shoving range here. We should be calling unless ICM calc tells us otherwise.

We could find a fold here against a nit who doesn't understand position and SB v BB shoving ranges but it seems by your description that V is well aware.

Assuming you're just in the money. Hate the spot but with 2x avg stack will have to let big stack abuse me till we've lost a few players. Calling JJ AK here.
