can somebody comment on the quality of both and whether to be trusted? the ones from pokerstrategy.com are not very clear but should be explained on the website.

+2 on Jennifear. Also easy to use.

A couple of points I'll add:

1) Live, you can generally push a little wider and be fine, since people don't call as much as they should
2) Very short stack: Nash is more conservative than people imagine very short stack. You'll often hear people say shove ATC, and if you look at the charts that's surprisingly few places.
