Looking to start a poker club in the Woodlands, Texas. We are a younger group between 18 to 25 years old. So we don't have a ton of money because of this we would be playing 10 to 25 dollar sit n' go's along with $0.05/$0.10 - $0.10/$0.20 blind cash games. We primarily would play Texas Hold'em but we could change it up if we need to. We ask that you please be around 18 to 25 years old and respectable. Beginners are welcomed, some of us are. Please let me know if you're interested.

I visit my dad who lives in the woodlands every summer for a week or two, would be great to find a poker game there.

We started a new group - The Woodlands Poker Group. Our next game is on Feb 27th.

The Woodlands Poker Group is open to ladies and gentlemen of all skill levels--whether you are just starting to learn or play regularly, we have a spot for you! We want a fun, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. So bring your sense of humor and your pocket change because we play for $0.25/$0.50 and $.50/$1! As the group gets bigger, we can have separate games based on skill level, and the minimum can change if everyone in the game agrees.

For everyone's safety and security, we have a Facebook group page where you can join and "pre-meet" the players. We are an eclectic group, with SAHM/Ds, singles, parents, and professionals but we all share an enjoyment of poker games, laughs, and camaraderie. I have no problem with a group listing, but you need to disclose if there are any club fees or rake. Raked games can't be listed in their own thread, but club administrative fees are okay as long as they are reasonably low and fully disclosed.
