I am involved in (staked to play in long term by a long time friend who also runs it) a game here in Atlanta. He has given me permission to post to open up the game to more players.

I fully trust my friend who is running this game. I would place my internet reputation up for judgement that this is a legitimate safe, secure, and well run poker game.

We play:
1/2, 2/5(occasionally), NLHE &/ PLO depending on the players of the night.
Reasonable rake.
Food/drinks are included except for a recommended tip for the food/drink girl.
Dealer who works for tips.
Secure location in condo.
Friendly group and very serious about keeping out riff raff.

Dates/Hours:
Right now we are playing Tuesday, Thursday-Sunday. Days/nights range in player amounts. IE this past Thursday we started at 7pm and had 6 players at most the whole time and for about 2hours from 3am+ we played only 4 handed. Sunday afternoon though we had 9 players for most of the night. Occasionally there are enough players for 2 tables and the game is setup to enable that with enough warning.

Ability:
I play there often but not always. In my opinion the game is beatable for most average players. A few quality players but almost none with serious internet experience.

PM or Skype me if interested. There will be some sort of vetting process.

We have tried this before but couldn't get it started. This time we have a pretty decent player base and will likely be able run it weekly.

Mixed games, professionally run with an experienced dealer, are tough to find smaller than 20-40 (even that's tough to find) because its bad for the house. Hands take a long time. We are starting up a 4-8 or 6-12 mixed hoping to spread games like:

O8
badugi
badeusy/badasey
2-7 tripple
no limit 2-7 single
PLO
PLO8
stud8
whatever other decently recognized games people want to vote it.

We have a dealer from Palomar who has a lot of exp dealing all of these games and more. That place is somehow able to run a 300-600, sometimes two games, every day of the week. Don't know how they do it.
