My post about North Jersey was actually about the social scene in those areas, not home games. As far as the games in those areas, every place I used to go is now closed for one reason or another. True home games are few and far between

Bumping olddddddd topic

Trying to find some (.50/$1) and under games (Around Northern NJ, I'm in Kearny, NJ) since my home game is finally drying out. People have been realizing they're consistent losing players and no longer want to take the bankroll damages. I would love to open up my game to the public, but as a recent college grad I still live with my parents and they enforce a strict 11PM ending time.

I once went to tskarzyn's home game in Hoboken (.25/.25) and that was a really fun crowd. I was wondering if there were still anything similar to that, or perhaps someone hosting a new microstakes game and stuff.

I'm located in Red Bank area..if anyone is interested looking to host a 10-20 (or there abouts) limit mixed game.

Looking to play games like Badeucy, Badaci, Razzdugi, Stud Hi/Lo no Qual..along with some other more traditional HORSE games. Some PLO would be cool too

NO RAKE of course. Just a friendly game..play some different stuff

I think if it's 5/10 on the limit side, we might be able to fill a table, especially if we stick with standard limit games initially (Razz, Stud, Stud8, etc) and stay away from variants like Badeucy, Badaci, and Razzdugi. If we can get the game going and make it a regular happening, we could surely blend those games in as guys become more comfortable with them.

I'm really interested as my limit game needs work. So long as we blend in some NLH and PLO with the limit games, I can see this game running regularly.

How long you been in the Red Bank area? You know about the local (non-home) games? PM me.

I'm in Jersey City and will travel about 45 mins for a regular game. I'd play once a week and can host if it is/becomes rotational.

Willing to play any of the mixed games along with NLHE and PLO. Would prefer limit stakes of at least 4-8 but will play up to 40-80. NLHE 1-2 to 5-10. PLO 1-2 to 2-5.

I'm desperate for something convenient and will probably take whatever is reasonable. If the stakes are lower, it will become an issue of proximity. I'm ready to play asap.
