Any interest in Las Vegas Home Game? Any interest in Las Vegas Home Game?

I live in Las Vegas, and I'm curious if there is interest in a home game here in town.

I used to live in California, and I ran home NLHE tournaments for almost a decade - hundreds of tournaments - so I have experience running a game. Nice tables, nice cards, nice real clay chips, etc.

My wife and I both miss hosting these games, and the many friendships that eventually came from them. But, I'm afraid with so much poker available in Las Vegas, that it could be difficult to find people to play. (Why go to "some guy's house" when there are over 50 casino tournaments a day?)

If you would be interested in attending an occasional home tournament, please drop me a line and let me know! If you have questions, please ask. If I get enough interest, I'll schedule a game.

Further info:
- "Friendly game" sized buy-ins, usually around $20-$40
- Between 5-20 players
- Social game; friendly, inclusive environment (our old game was about half women)
- Mostly NLHE Tournaments, although I'm open to occasional cash games and/or other poker variants
- Structures are reasonably deep but still try to wrap up a tournament in about 4 hours (depending on number of players)
- Games typically held on weekend afternoons
- Players take turns dealing (person who shuffles, person who cuts, and person who deals are all different to help enforce an honest game)
- You can be any skill level from beginner to shark - but please know the game well enough to know when it's your turn to act.
- 100% of buy-ins are paid out (nothing for the house)
- BYOB, and smoking is outside only
