Figured some of you may have known her. Jen Harman has had nothing but great things to say...
RIP Cissy Bottoms
The first time I played with Cissy, I was 18 years old. I was winning everyday and way to confident and cocky. She looked at me like I was crazy. If I could of read her mind it would of said "Who is she" or Who does she think she is"? That night she schooled me. I lost every pot to her and she definitely humbled me. I learned a big lesson that night.
We became very good friends after that. I would have to say that she was a great Limit Holdem Player and continued to make money at poker her entire life.
She had a lot of love and tremendous respect for the game.
It makes me sad that a lot of the young people in poker didn't get a chance to know her. If I had a say in who should be inducted into the Hall of Fame she would get all of my votes. She only had one job in her life and that was poker. She truly was the real deal.
She was a great friend and I will truly miss her.
With so much respect and love to her.
Jennifer Harman
