many people on this forum know daniel. he is the LAST person on the list of people i'd have expected to kill anybody. i am shocked.

yes at some point definitely. he also played up to 800/1600 mixed games before mixed games became super popular.

i don't know if anybody else is following this but my heart goes out to daniel (as well as paul horn's family ofc). he had serious life issues (ofc) and i guess he snapped. premeditated, home invasion, out of state, killed his partner over $--> they're going for the death penalty.

from knowing him, he was a real nice guy. would never have pictured this. but he recently went through a lot. so he seems to have snapped.

the facts seem to indicate it was premeditated (came to his home w/ a loaded weapon to presumably discuss money or possibly just eliminate him...i think that's premeditation but i'm no legal scholar).
