4 years and another six pack.....

Are there any regs that still play, or play now at the Bay's 40-80, 80-160? Curious to know how the games are now and the player volume.

This was most def true, tho I haven't played there in years.

OP, I think you played this hand perfectly.

FWIW I don't think the iso raise with Q10 is bad.

There are lots of regs still at the 40 and 80. There is even a guy named curtis, who is pretty quiet and plays solid, but idk if it's the same guy.

I would probably fold river vs the one i've played with.

im about to play a bunch of 80 at bay 101 in a few days (due to commerce 1/2 never going), so if i remember i will post what i think about the game. the last time i played, 6 months ago, the game became too tough after a few days and i went back to la.

The game qualities vary but the main games go pretty regularly; fewer must move games now for both the 40 and 80 relative to a year or two ago.

There's a lot of 20 and 40 regulars who will bumhunt. So when epic 40 or 80 games break out, they get pretty crowded IMlimitedE.

Commenting because I was specifically asked to...

If UTG is limping preflop, he/she is likely fairly bad. I could see enough scenarios where Curtis could make a worse two pair and try to push you off with a raise. It's possible, but I can't him playing a set this way. AcJc, AJo, KJ, all are reasonable. He knows the UTG player is crap and might try to push you off. I suppose it depends on what Curtis knows about you. Does he think that you're never laying down AK or better? If so then MAYBE you consider mucking it, but I think the way you played it is just fine.
