It doesn't matter too much what actually happened, but I am guess villain had A-x and the river did not bring a spade--otherwise, I doubt the hand would have been posted . Unless you have an extremely, ridiculously good live tell, you must call down, though, given the game conditions you describe here. In other words, you did everything right, IMO (assuming you were, indeed, planning to c/r the turn and had a good plan to maximize value from a river spade). With spade, c/r is not a bad line, IMO, if you feel that villain will bet with frequency (either with a spade or bet her A for value).

should have raised flop to know where you are. if the person reraises, that's red flag after the 3-bet pre..

Saw results...she could of easily had KJ J10 etc there with spade or not. C/R turn as played.

i would call down but prolly bet a few more cards than Spade/Q on the river
