As you probably know PS had some lags yesterday. I had some lags around the double 55$ start but it lasted about 5 minutes. I still sent an e-mail to complain about that. In case of a refund, I will send back but this is not very likely because here is the answer from support:
"We will be considering refunds for all materially affected players. "Materially affected" means you missed a considerable number of hands and lost a significant portion of your chip stack due to blinds and antes. By sending this email you have already ensured any affected games will be subject to a thorough review, but if there is any further information you feel is pertinent to your specific case, please feel free to let us know."
Good news from Pokerstars. I got a refund of the full buy-in for a 55$ double that was affected and a partial refund of 27.56$ for the Million. On top of that they offered me 30T$.
I will send the difference of 112.56$ (including the 30T$) tonight.
