And I just busted and re-entered the 109 35k, i only had 1 bullet put down on the spread sheet so will just deduct from returns - this thing is waaaay too fishy to not re-enter with 40bb. gla!
first, in the $215 50k, I 3bet AQss and get cold 4bet and call to see a 9xx 2 spade flop in an already very bloated pot, i check raise and call the shove to see QQ and lose the "race"
then in the 55 6max 20k i open JJ and bet 3 times on a safe board only to get called down by a 67ss that had a flopped pair and turned FD and he rivered the flush, but money was already invested and i shoved right into him on the river
lost a big pot JJ to AA to get short, then played a big pot after defending my BB and flopping top pair and calling two streets, then decided to turn my hand into a bluff on the river and ran into top set that i was blocking the hell out of. it was and ace of hearts river, completing the flush draw and i had more straight combos than he did, figured i could fold out some better Jx and QQ-KK as well as some weak Ax combos he was barreling with. out shy of the money by about 100 players, feel like i crushed that tourney though. on to the next one.
bb100 in the $60 30k, I flat a min raise with A8ss from a whale and another whale squeezes behind and prices me in nicely. Flop is 8 high and 3better donk shoves for pot, other whale calls, I call and get it in against a random AT with no draw, and a flush draw for the other guy, lose to the flush draw and miss out on the triple stack. GG
couldnt get a damn thing going in the 215 50k last night and busted pretty early. however, my confidence is very high as I have several outright wins in the last week and am anxious to keep playing these soft events. TBC.
I skipped last nights event, it was a late start and I had already been playing for 10 hours by the time it was about to go off, figured it was best to not play it withered.
I also had something come up today and have to drive across the border to the USA to get some essential items for my dog, Rocky. So I won't be playing a session today.
So we have a couple cashes, some bricks and a few skips. I will do my best to get the spreadsheet updated tonight before we enter the weekend but I am in a hurry to hit the road and get to the USA right now.
Doing numbers now, lots of skips due to how late all the nightly events ran and not wanting to ruin the next day of play, a few cashes, but we took a loss.
