i already have my website up but I'm looking to move over to a new site with a more advanced layout something like wordpress.
I think the site should be pretty simple to make.

customer registration
log-in
payment acceptance mechanism
support button
etc..
budget is 200-400.
I'm pretty sure you will be paid upon completion of the project as I've been advised that is the best case to do since it will be a simple layout.

If $$ then it seems low if you are looking for something custom in wordpress.
