$6000 housing budget this includes utilities and heated spa.

5+ bedrooms. (could be 4 bedrooms but would need to be a great house)

Pool and spa are a must. Pool table is probably also.

Prefer LCD TV's throughout though not a deal breaker.

Awesome BBQ area and Fire Pit are a MAJOR BONUS.

Must be available for 28-31 days any time between June 1st and July 15th. Preferred dates are June 15th-July 15th

I am not sure on how much finders fee I should give. I mean if you find something awesome with all of the above, I would probably ship like $200 on stars or ftp. If you just find something that meets close to I guess like $50.

I guess the catch is that I want you to contact them first (links will not do). To make sure they are available. Websites will say they are, then I call and they are booked. And I am just wasting WAY too much time.

Need to make sure utilities are included and the price of heating the spa alone.

If you can help I really appreciate it (if this should go in WTB I apologize)

oh and if people want to name their price to find it, go ahead. I will respond to every PM. I had no idea what to charge, but if $50-200 is too cheap I will pay more. I just want a place, and I do not want to look at another website EVER

what exact location do you want? also, does $6000 budget mean you want to spend as close to that as possible? or possibly like $4500 a month or something?

I mean I am not super familiar with Vegas areas. I know there are really bad areas and really good areas. If you know the difference by all means have at it. I don't know if I would. But obv I prefer nice areas. Out in Henderson or Summerlin is just fine. I dont need to be super close to the strip.

And as for the 6k. I mean that is just the cap. Anything less and getting what I want is obv a bonus. I would happily pay 4.5k, but to get all the things on the list 6k is just fine.

Umm good luck finding what you're looking for at that price for a month, btw most places will insist you take it during the entire WSOPs...

We got the same thing 5 bedrooms with spa but the house is very mediocre and it's 6000$ and that was like 3 months ago.

actually there is no fee (at least not to the renter)... for rentals like this most re agents work on commission. Just find a RE agent in las vegas that works with rentals and theyll find a list that meets your criteria.

just as a side note, personally i think you should think now about what youre willing to compromise on (your budget or amenities) because what you want is going to be tough to find for the price you want to pay during the wsop. Its a busy time for rental houses, and the prices reflect that. And youre booking somewhat late (fwiw, i rented houses for 3 diff wsops, so i have an idea what im talking about)

yeah i agree about the price and amenities, but really from what I have found there are quite a few. I mean I guess I could go up to 7k, but I have found condos for like 2k. So yeah I mean if I am not getting a pool and nice yard etc. I might as well just get a condo and save myself 5k.

But if the deal is out there then it is....if not...its ok. I have 2 houses to look at so far from this 2+2 post which is sweet.

you really wanna get this booked ASAP.

i have booked houses the past 2 summers and each time i got a "late" start as far as the realtors i talked to. i started this year in early feb and last year in like mid march.

using a place that has a lot of houses is a great idea too. good to create some sort of relationship if you are gonna be getting houses each year
