What I'm looking for:

-3 or 4 month lease to start. Can go longer than that if everything works out.

-Solid poker player prefered but not necessary. I play professionally 2/4-25/50 PLO and No Limit both, but mostly PLO now.

-Male like 20-35. Cool females are ok to but I'm not sure females exist on this forum.

-I want someone to hang out with a bit. I have my own friends and keep fairly busy but its nice to have someone to pregame with or share making meals or watch some movies with in the afternoon or whatever. I'm renting this 50% for money and 50% just to have a 2nd person around here.

-Mainly just a respectable and respectful person. I'm pretty reasonable and considerate so there shouldnt be problems if u are as well.

about me:

24 years old white (though that shouldn't really matter to you) guy. Professional poker player with degree in guitar. Spend 2 years traveling internationally to 25 countries after uni and really like travel. I think most peolple think I'm good company.

Don't smoke cigarettes but don't care if u do as long as u go outside. Drink moderately, smoke pot occasionally but not that much. Don't care at all if u do or don't. Pets are ok with the building but would have to be cleared with me. If u bring a pet I expect u to do 98% of taking care of it.

I own the place so I'd be the landlord i guess. That said I'm an awesome landlord.

about the place:

Awesome chicago loft. 1700 sqft. 2bdrm 2bath + office and giant 37x20 living room with surround sound, 52" TV, Pool/ping pong table. MASSIVE rooftop deck with grill and potentially hottub in a few months...

Its located adjacent to a park with track,pool, volleyball, basketball courts.

It is located near the intersection of ashland/fullerton in Chicago on edge of lincoln park neigborhood.

There is a also nice ~4 month old bet in your room if u want it. Its queensize and very comfortable.

If ur not from chicago there is a recently opened casino here with tons of live games and best action any where in USA for 25/50 or below IMO 25 min drive after rush hour. I go there like once a week or two.

Room is $1150/mo + 1/2 of Utes.

also, the pictures are from the guy living there before when he listed it on the MLS. It looks much more awesome than that now.

It's okay as far as I care, obviously anyone interested needs to meet you in person to do bidness or give you monies. Gild was a little heavy handed with dealing with OT stuff in BBV so this slides as far as your banned account.
