Room available NW Las Vegas off 95 / Durango. About 22 minutes from strip. Good, safe neighborhood. Room available is big and it's going for $625 / mo, all utilities included. Month to month. Refundable deposit = $625.

I'm looking to take my game to next level in coming months; going to be putting in ton of volume (online MTTs) before the series...

We're looking for someone with same motivation...

I am not the landlord just one of the grinders in the house...

i am current resident of this home, its been a great experience so far, one of the grinders there has been a pro for 5 years and he really helped me with my game, having that resource there is definitely a plus, the area is great too b/c you have bars around along with 2 new clubs, Revolver and Stoney's, and obviously the strip is close by but you can walk home from the bars around the house and its a safe neighborhood to walk around stumbling

and there is a basketball and tennis courts near by as well as a baseball park which has like 5 fields

If you're going to be without a car, how much of a pain in the ass will it be to get to and from the strip?

I'm interested for the last half of May and June, and probably till end of ME. I work out, get chicks, and work on improving my game. Not into hookers, strippers and I got morals. 25 Texas. Play 5/10 -10/25 live, same SN on stars.

Pretty big pain. They have the Ace Express busline running. Never tried it but probably a tilt inducer.

It's a 5 bedroom with two spots opening up shortly. All bedrooms will be filled.

I moved in ~1.5 weeks ago and Jake helped me with a van for moving my stuff. Everyone puts in a decent amount of volume so very grind friendly environment. Location/neighborhood is nice; a lot of good places to eat and in and out is ~8 minutes away. Really good place to live imo.
