Macau apartment for rent March 21st One Central

I'm renting my one bedroom apartment in tower one of One Central just steps away from the Wynn for one month starting on March 21st at latest or possibly a few days earlier. Rent is 15000 HKD/month which is how much I pay including utilities. If you have any references such as friends that play in Macau or if you've played in Macau before please lmk as I'm liable for a two month security deposit.

I'm willing to take offers for less than 15K if you leave a deposit. For those who have never been to Macau nearly all the top poker players in the country live in One Central because it's right across the street from the Wynn where all the big games except the 5K-10K are played. It's also considered the nicest apartment complex in Macau. The tower I live in is the closest to the Wynn and has a great view of the waterfront and Macau tower. The facilities are top notch with everything you can think of including basketball court, badminton, table tennis, tennis court, rock climbing wall, swimming pool, cardio machines, free weights and machines, computer terminals, billiards table, karaoke room, wine bar, etc.

UPDATE - After reentering Macau to reset my VISA I was expected to be given another 20 days but was given thirty instead. It's hard to predict when my apartment will be available now but it will probably be mid to late April.

UPDATE the apartment will be available for one month starting the end of March and again for a month starting around the end of June

can someone give some contact to the agency or agent from whom I can rent an apartment in "one central" in the short term (one month). I'm looking for some time already and I have a big problem

Sorry zelik I just saw your post and the apartment has been rented out although I may be looking to turn over the lease to someone when I get back in April.

know from whom I can rent something for a month? I heard the minimum is 6mc this true?

Zelik, yes last time I looked I couldn't find any leases under 6 months so your best bet is to sublease from someone.
Update - I'm back in Macau but I need to leave for at least one month every two months so the apartment will be available once again around mid June.
