iPhone and iPod - car charger/fm transmitter/extra usb port/speaker phone

i bought this recently before i got a new car that has a built in phone system so this has just been sitting in my glove compartment box.
i got it at the local mall and it was a no name brand so i cannot find it on the internet, i paid $155 for it and only used it a handful of times before i got a new car, so it is in great shape and works great
asking $100 shipped ftp and paypal dependin who you are
the thing that makes this more expensive than something like the link below is, it has an extra usb port, so you could charge 2 phones/ipods or plug whatever usb thing you want into it, and it has (shown in picture) an extra cord with an audio plug on the end that plugs into the iphone and it allows you to relay your conversation through your car speakers...also say you are blasting your music on your iphone rockin out to kelly clarkson or whoever, and all of a sudden your grandma calls you, the music stops and the phone rings through the car speakers so you never miss that all important call from grammy
(i could be wrong but i do not believe the one i found in link does any of that)

The holder adjusts to different sizes of ipods and iphones with or without cases so all the variation kinds fit snug, and the actual piece connecting the holder to the cigarette lighter can bend in different positions to accomdate all kinds of angles in a car
