putting your username on a piece of paper doesn't necessarily mean you will ever send out said laptop that was shown with piece of paper next to it

OP, try to put yourself in a buyers shoes and you'll realize where people are coming from. A reliable, trusted escrow is only safe for both your protection and the buyer. I'd recommend considering that.

If I buy from UK will I have any problems with it being US software etc does anyone know?

I find it hard to believe someone with a lot of feedback on other sites would come to 2p2 and try to sell under such ridiculous conditions.

Well this is certainly interesting don't ya think? So you're willing to accept PS and then you later say you have only paypal. Which, in case you weren't aware, isn't allowed and WILL get you an infraction no questions asked. Pretty obvious some shady stuff is going on here.

this buyer is likely scamming, he says that he has pbnation feedback/experience yet he is completely oblivious to how this works.
