I have a fully furnished modern home available for rent starting right away. For WSOP time price is $7500 including internet+utilities (usually only a few hundred a month)
The house is over 3000 Sq Ft. I have fiber internet (1000mbps up/down), it has a fully finished back yard with functional pool and hot tub. There are 3 bedrooms (1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds).
The house also has its very own guest house with separate kitchen, living room, private entry, laundry room, and bathroom with shower. The guest house has its own king bed as well for a 4th bedroom.
Also will be open to renting individual bedrooms out. Guest house price: $3800, bedroom in master house with queen bed: $2400, bedroom in master house with 2 twin beds: $1800, master bedroom: $3000
