I've completely botched this entire thing, and for that I'm sorry. I had numerous conversations going with multiple at once and everything escalated after an email that I thought was sent actually didn't go through.

As it stands, I have a deal with BreakYaNeck for a price plus with shipping and will have the phone to him at the beginning of the week. He and I have been in constant communication with one another to handle all of the detail.

For all of the troubles, I am sorry. I got slammed with work the past two days, so I'm sorry this thread got out of hand. If the mods need to it can be removed or whatever. To all unhappy parties, once again I apologize. I am indeed sending first and can/will come back to post confirmation of the finalized shipping/receiving.

This is completely irrelevant. All I did the entire thread was tell Rubberband that it was sold to me, posted all the convos and proof and then still continued to get questioned on my integrity. All he did was whine the entire time that OP wasnt responding to him and that he was supposedly getting screwed over $5. Then he says I have no class?! Really man?
