I have 4 different stays already booked at the Rio, 3 during May and 1 during June.

May 3- May 7th. 4 nights $120

May 10-May 14. 4 Nights $160

May 24- May 29 5 Nights $200

June 27- June 30 3 Nights $120

I will meet you at the Rio, we will check in together, You have to use either your CC or cash for the deposit for incidentals. I checked one of my friends in for a 4 day stay on Sunday and they needed a $200 cash deposit.

I will put your name on the room with the check in person, I hand you the keys, you hand me the balance due and we're good to go. It works out great for both of us. I make money on rooms that I don't need, you save at least half of what it would cost to book through the Rio. The prices I have above are the total price i'm charging for each stay, there are no taxes and no resort fees.

Half paid up front on Stars and the balance in cash after we check in.

I will email you the reservation confirmation before you transfer to me on Stars.

I have sold rooms on 2+2 before with no problems whatsoever and can provide references if requested.

Standard deluxe room. At check in you can pay for an upgrade or try the $20 trick.

does this room have 2 beds and a sleeper sofa and/or is it upgradeable to that and for what cost? can i extend for 1 extra day? interested in the last week of may

i dont think there is a sleeper sofa in the room. I can request 2 queen beds and or smoking or non. You can always ask for a roll away bed, i dont know if there is a charge for this or not. We can ask for an upgrade and you can pay the difference if its available or we can try the $20 trick. If you want to extend the reservation i can call and find out how much it is, just let me know the extra days you want and i will get you the price. You will be required to pay all the extra charges for those days including the taxes at check in.

Hey guy just to clear some stuff up.

I can not shift the dates on these reservations that I have already booked, IE: I have May 10th- May 14th booked right now. I can not change it to May 11th-May15th.

I can add nights to the reservation though. So if for example you want to stay May 10th-May 16th I can do that but you will be responsible for paying the hotel rate for the extra days at check in. Let me know if you need something like that and I will find out the rates for you. HTH.
