Card would be valid until 1/31/19

Just gave it to a friend last time but heard they go for around $1000.

You don't get the free rooms, but can skip lines and have access to all the lounges etc.

It has to be done in person. I'm in Chicago but often visit Vegas and will probably be in AC sometime soon.
