I own a timeshare at Bluegreen Club 36 located on E. Tropicana a few blocks from the Strip. This is a brand new resort that was just built, and opened about eight months ago.

The quality of the villas and furnishings are outstanding (see pictures below). The one bedroom villa will sleep four (two beds) and has a full kitchen. Other amenities include: Flatscreen TV, CD Stereo, DVD Player, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Coffee Maker, Blender, Hairdryer and Iron/Ironing Board.

The resort amenities include: Concierge, Fitness Room, Game Room, Hot Tub, Indoor Heated Pool, Internet Access, On-Site Security and a Poolside Bar.

At 710 sq. ft., this is way more spacious and comfortable than a hotel room.

Many dates are available for stays from a few nights to a week or two. Rates will run $120/night for Sunday-Thursday nights, and $180 for Friday and Saturday nights. If you need more than one villa, I should be able to accommodate that as well.
