yooo, so this is going to be my new blog.
I'll keep the intro short.
Im turning 30 years old tomorrow, I got married this year and moved back to luxembourg. I play anything from 500zoom to 5k nlhe.
I made supernova elite in 2013 and 2014 , but this year i took a break until basically april so im just trying to grind out the year the best i can.

Ive started coaching again. very soon i will also start a staking stable with a good friend of mine.
Goals til the end of the year are to keep working on my game as i have been in the past months and put in more volume. I definitely need to start playing on a schedule. I think everybody is different and u should always cater ur goals and plans around ur own abilities and weaknesses.
I for instance need some structure nowadays. In the past I never played on a schedule cos i was living alone and didnt have any responsabilities.
Once u start adding hobbies , a wife (girlfriend) , and start to hang out with friends alot , u wont be able to just grind whenever u want to. u need some sort of plan.
I ve started to play tennis again 3-4 times per week and plan on doing more work off the courts when my shoulder has been examined.
To come back to the point i was trying to make, I'm gonna have to start planning out my days and build a routine. That seems to be the best way to generate the results I'm looking for.

Honestly the fact that I didnt start grinding until april this year and havent played as much as the last couple of years, has been refreshing in some non expected ways. I've been able to play under less pressure. Before I would always set monetary goals for myself at the beginning of each year. Subsequently, over the the course of the year I would always feel the pressure of either failing or when its going well maintaining the pace I'd need in order to achieve the goals I set for myself.
By playing less tables, but finally starting to work on my game for a change, I've actually started to enjoy the game again. this wasnt the case for the entirety of 2014 .
To come back to what I was trying to say earlier, it's been refreshing to simply focus on playing. sure results still influence me. However i feel alot less pressure on myself. fear of failure or the fear of losing momentum isnt as pronounced as it once was.

Anyway, I'll be updating the blog on a regular basis. Either with some hands or some other stuff, not sure yet whrre this is gonna go.
