Would you recommend I get a HUD? I notice you use HM1
Yes, I believe everyone should have a HUD no matter what stake you play. I use HM1 as a database to keep track of my winnings and tendencies. You can't use it as a HUD on Bovada. Have to use Holdem Indicator. So I have both HM1 and HI.

With bovada being anonymous is 3 bet frequency important?.
I've got some notes and tips for my strategy on Making/Calling 3bets and also some for Bluffing/Bluff Catching but I only give those out to my students. PM me if you want more details because I can't discuss in the general forums.
Even though Bovada is anon, 3betting is still very important, especially as you move up stakes as it is more prevalent.

That's the length of my sessions typically. I believe even fish (and especially regs) can make some basic reads/adjustments within 30 minutes of playing with anyone.

You can still be a winner on Bovada by playing ABC but as you climb limits you'll find people play less and less ABC poker. So if you're not incorporating that into your game some as you move up then you'll eventually develop a leak.
