As of yesterday, we used up our cash reserve on RH and now all-in $100k invested. 99.9999999999% portfolio is in ENPH. .36cents in my cash.
Now down $-10kish since Melody sell.

The meds are working. <--- just got to that question from a while back.

We surpassed 25k mark. Now $25,504 rt.
26k hunt will b knock out soon. Playing gd lately, and also think @KSRwizard being at the same table makes me even more attuned. Both of us have been getting there early and knocking out some quality hours w quality play.

Agree. Melody generated monthly income, and appreciated every year. I questioned the sale of it. It didn't make any sense... His best response was "it was time". I own five rentals... Not selling unless I am broke and absolutely have to. They cash flow and I am getting 7% appreciation easy. Rent goes up every year like clockwork.

Real estate investors borrow against the appreciation/equity and reinvest. Never sell.

If you want liquidity use REITs.

But did you really put 100k on one stock? I mean, I'm all for taking shots... But unless 100k is like 1/30th of your net worth, any sound financial guy would say you are literally insane.

I will say I plan on holding for at least until the eoy. Things can always change tho. I just remember the first time I traded this I bought at .98 and sold at 1.30. Then watched it go up to 2.00

. So this time around I may just hold for a while.
This company is innovative and goes against the grain of what other solar companies are doing.
