Been poor at updating this thread.
So lets get it back on track. Today I will grind an absolute monster session after a good crossfit WOD earlier.
managed 110Kg Squat
2 min Wall balls (4kg): 61
2 km Row: 8.27
So today if games allow I want to play 20 6Max turbos and at least 40 mtts but should really play 50. I am hoping to get a 4/5 fig. score today ofc!
