i think the best what u can do is not autopilot and think about every spot, how u can get most value from it + tableselect and get the best tables possible, so u gonna play without stress (high winrate, almost no swings)
Thanks for the response. I've not got a lot of opportunity to table select on the site I'm on unfortunately. However playing on autopilot is a big issue for me and something I've taken steps to change in the past few days (after watching the Fresh Start series on dc). I'll definitely need to add some people to Skype for discussing hands with.
One further question re watching videos. I watch quite a few but I feel I sometimes don't get all I should from them, even though I take notes at the time and save them for future reference. Did you have a particular method for learning from videos? For example, did you pick out a particular concept and really focus on it till it was ingrained in your mind or did you have a different way of doing things?
