I had first few symptoms of tilting hard so I just quit after I won stack from one guy:




Today I was tilted before session… I am undersleep and pretty pissed all day long. Talking with girls getting easier and easier it’s even not that exciting. Maybe I’ll start ask them for instant date or number faster than I thought. Anyway it’s not my main goal, I just want to improve this area of life so future will show. I’ll work some with flopzilla and do SR. I am still sick and today I feel like ****.

Only one session for today but pretty nice. It’s a second time I earned more in one session then people in Poland in a month. My bank roll improved 400% since I start work with Gordon. Tomorrow I am gonna shoot Nl100 for the very first time

Yesterday I did laundry. I don’t have any place to dry laundry so I put my underwear and other things everywhere in a hose. Funny enough today two chicks come at my place to visit me because I am ill. I was so happy that I didn’t buy some cheap **** from market and I bought Calvin Klein underwear otherwise it would look hilarious… a lot of ****ty underwear around the whole house….

Yes it does… But there is no shame in changing it! I used to be lame too, people tend to tell me I am gay because I do work out and care about my outfit etc. After two years nobody give a damn that you was lame, you was skiny/fat and you wore ugly clothes if you changed that.

I am really happy with my mindset when it comes to most of the things. When it comes to playing poker I crushed so many things…. Today I do tilt like a monkey and I’ll write more about it tomorrow. I don’t think like: he’s better / he’s worse I search weaknesses of my opponent and I think how I can exploit it. Thinking he’s bad tell you nothing. When you search leaks it helps you earn money.

When I am pissed usually I quit from guys who has 30% 3b and 20-30% x/r Flop. Those guys make me tilt easy. When I am in great mod I love to play with them because they usually suck postflop. They know how to be aggressive preflop and on the flop but when it comes to latter streets they usually overplay their hand and they don’t know when to fold. It’s easy to make those guys tilt and they are profitable. Anyway I need to improve my mindset to play with those guys.

So u don't care about high rake at 10/20nl? Like I love HU too, but afraid take is too high vs regs at those stakes.

I think hes playin Nl50 and will be taking shots to Nl100. When he played 20nl, he played more of a learning way.

To answer your question is that you have to find an edge playing certain oponents. You have to realize if your edge will compensate(and more) the rake.

Don’t play with regs on this limit rake is too high. I don’t play with normal regs it’s a waste of time I don’t have that big advantage. I play with regs who are very aggressive they usually suck post flop it’s more variance game, it’s tilt more but it’s EV+ for me because I know how to play with them. At first try to play with recreational players I am sure they will make troubles as well

It was very stupid idea to play when I was sick. I did accumulate emotions and it makes me blow up easy, yesterday and today I had monkey tilt. I’ll relax and have some fun. I love my work ethic I like that obsession to play a lot and learn all the time. It’s great because of it I am making fast improvement. On the other hand it damage my health and lead to huge stress what make me tilt easier. I need to force myself to make breaks no matter what. I also must do physical activity all the time when I play poker otherwise I’ll have consequences of this behavior.

Today I was pathetic I tried so hard to win my money back and was playing so terrible. I am mad at myself that I didn’t realize before that I do need a break:


It’s kind of funny that I need to force myself to make a break and rest. Most people have other problems, they rather don’t work enough. I have obsession with poker and I would work 7 days a week if I could but I see I do need rest more than I thought.

Wouldnt it be easier to set a hand limit until you make a break ? F.E. 300 hands max before the first break, or something like that ?

how much of your br did you use at the beginning to work with gordon? Does he stake you too?

I was so excited I can play today that I woke up at 6AM and couldn't fall asleep. At 10.30 I was lifting and usually I just wake up at it. Today's sessions:



Was running like **** but after break it doesn't frustrate me that much. I am very happy after this break.

Was running mega bad. Fortunately my opponents was doing a lot of mistakes. Today I am very very very happy with dealing with such a run. I was great at cutting losses and I even didn’t threw anything. Still I am a bit crushed with today’s session.

I think I’ll change gym to box. I really want to get in fight to make this whole frustration go away, that’s why I think I’ll change sport. It’s kind of funny that some guys will feel my cooler on their head I want to get bigger etc. but I need to make this frustration go away in a first place. Still I am 90kg so it’s not that small.

Today at 2AM was talking with one chick. She was running away because she was scared… Still we had a talk. I am afraid I need to learn few things over and over again… There is one chick and I shouldn’t meet with her… Last time my heart was bleeding when I needed to cut her off. She cancel our “date” for second time in a row and I won’t tolerate that BS. Still today she send me sms and she told me that she’s very into me. I told her I am into her too but I don’t like those plays. Long story short tomorrow she’s coming at my place to learn English… I am afraid I’ll feel pain again and she’l l screw up something once again. Maybe I am stupid and lie to myself that when we both said each other we are into each other something different happen and she doesn’t screw it up. Anyway I am ready to feel pain once again if I need to, even though I am afraid of it I think it’s worth risk…
