I need to buy new shaker and few other things. I broke already two shakers and few different things. I am adding something new. I need to give a rest my emotion. I used to force myself to play even when I was angry. I forced myself to play numb. Now when I’ll punch something / kick something / throw something I am out. There is no buts or ifs about that. I need rest a bit because it gets easier and easier. I did forced myself for some time now I need to make a small break from it. Bright side is that I can control myself for 1-2 hours. At the beginning even 10 min was a problem for me.

I thought that with my work ethic I can make just one thing next day. How wrong I was. Next day I thought “just two things” and I knew I need to stop it hard way…. I was working until I get the job done.

I quit earlier because I was playing bad. I was afraid of lose cash and I was playing like a pussy. I still need to work on analysis of my opponents. I know so little about everything and even things I know I didn’t master. I am going to spend a lot of the time on working with flopzilla and other stuff. I feel like learning new stuff is great thing and it’s very interesting while working on same thing over and over is kind of boring but this is what I need to do. I need to master basics when I’ll add some advance stuff. It’s so unsexy but I need to put hours in this to master it.

Was texting with one chick, she didn’t want to go out because it’s raining. I thought **** it I’ll go on my own. It’s raining like hell I am mega wet and I feel so f.cking alive. I wanted to go for 5-10 min I went for 40 min. I remind myself all the stupid thing I did and was thinking about all the things I’ll do because of poker. Live is ****ING awesome. I feel so f.cking alive.

I end this day tilted. I go away from tables because I started tilting hard and almost threw my last shaker….. I am very glad I’ll have a break tomorrow. As far 3 days without complaying. (I don’t count my post session analysis and my voice records because I don’t want control my emotions because I need to find core of my tilt)

Yesterday I had a lot of reflections. I understood that I have A and C game in pick up chicks as well. My A game and C game are very, very different. I used to be shy and I had no social skills but I was working as a door to door salesman so I get rid of that. Still my C game suck hard. On my A game I did few things that I didn’t even knew are possible. They were awesome and I felt so ****ing alive after them but I need to improve my C game. That’s why since yesterday I must to have a talk with one unknown chick. It may be even: “hey you, where are you going?!” it does not matter I must build a habit I am going to do it for next 21 days and after that I’ll think about something else.

On flop why raise? Yes, you've got the gutshot, but why not just call in that case? Board is very connected obviously, and flush draw is there as well

I think calling flop and raising turn looks much stronger and you can rep more.

I didn’t notice it was 3bet pot because of this gay 3b sizing. I thought it was donk that’s why I raised.

Yeah you’re right . I just thought it was single raised pot. If I knew it was 3b I would just call call. He did crazy **** in 20 hands like open shove on the flop, x/c x/c d shove and d/3bet so I should just call him twice.

I am sick, I have problem with breathing (because of asthma) and I have high temperature I feel tilt in each inch of my body . It makes me tilt easier and after second session I was tilting hard. Enough play for today. I am not sure what about tomorrow if I feel like today I don’t think it’s a good idea to play:





Walls in my apartment are just bad. I hit it once and it’s broken…. I had 5 days without complaining I start once again when I’ll be healthy.

I’ve been sleeping for 13 hours in a row and woke up wet from sweat. I am a bit better I did some light work like changing a bit my post session analysis, warm up routine or session review routine. I’ve also read about few other stuff. I went to shop to buy some food and I talked with two chicks to start my task once again. I failed yesterday so I need to start once again talking with one chick a day for 21 days straight. I hope tomorrow I’ll feel much better.

I am sick. I look bad. I smell bad and I am lazy ass. I went out to talk with one chick. I spot some pretty nice girl 2 meters away from my house. I came to her. Was talking for 3 minutes or so and came back home… Task is done. She was smiling, laughing etc. I am sure it will be very easy to get some phone numbers from random chicks from street and hang out with them. They laugh, they smile, it easy to talk with half od them. The best part of it is that I feel so ****ing awesome after breaking my limits once again.
