Re: The road to becoming a smaller toad

So today went ok. Getting back into a routine of playing 1k hands, taking a break repeat has been great for me. Concentrate so much more.

Got owned here by a passive fish.

Fully expected this man to show up with any T and maybe a couple of worse Q's.

Both these guys were big fish so I think pre is fine.

Here I'm not sure why I flatted pre, maybe had something to do with stack depth and openers range. I really didn't expect the BB to sq this kind of hand, and didn't put any bluffs in his range pre (not that type of player). For the record I think his bet call is a horror show vs a lot of people.

This is vs the same passive fish as the KK v AA hand. It's obv bet bet shove but I can imagine this guy playing all better hands than me like this and wouldn't surprise me if he turned up with one.

Re: The road to becoming a smaller toad

This is all my 50nl hands since March. With rb and bonuses i'm making $35 an hour which is really pleasing. I'll post monthly graph on the 1st. I'm on track to do 60k hands which is the most I've done since the rush days.

All 50nl. With rb and bonuses it works out to just a touch over 3k.
Last month kind of tailed off volume wise as I've started playing HU in the day and 6 max at night. I'm undecided on goals for this month. Who am I kidding anyway I never make the ones i set.

Re: The road to becoming a smaller toad

Hey guys long time no post.
Had a pretty good couple of months. Just grinded out 6max NL in August trying to save some money. This month has mainly been HU nl and plo and 6max plo. I decided to switch to HU after seeing Megloooo and Eatitpal have some really solid results the past few months. Was pretty easy but I tilt far too easily for HU. There's too many hit and runners and scumbags for my liking. So I went back to plo after vowing never to play it again. Games are really good and I think I'm getting a firm understanding of the basics. I'm still looking for a coach so If anyone knows a good plo coach hit me up. Also If anyone has bought the Kasinokrime plo quickpro thing or knows anyone who has experience with it let me know because I was close to investing.

NL

PLO
