I would not raise flop. I would call and let him keep betting worse queens on turn and river. When we raise the flop we fold out worse hands. As played I would probably fold to the 3-bet (since he is a TAG).

Ok, so not much going down atm apart from the fact I am more consistently working on my game.

That includes poker game and mental game.

I have about 6 different types of specific tilt which I am working on and it's going well.

Also found some pretty bad leaks in my game.

playing OOP in 3b pots as pfr I am down 17 buyins! Although I am a few buyins below EV and did spew a lot at the start of the database, so it's somewhere around 10 buyins of bad play!

also I am down facing a cbet, so going to look into my ranges a bit more and adjust some stuff.


as for 10nl im up around 5 buyins or something, nothing spectacular. I will move up again once I have made another 5 buyins (10 buyins total) and also when I have a lot of this work I have to do on my game completed.

on wet boards, should I always just bet bigger? Even if I am bluffing? What about 3b pots?

What i mean is that you should try to play somewhat unexploitably (atleast when you move up and regs actually start noticing).

If you always c-bet half pot on wet boards only with your bluffs, and then pot it with your strong hands, people will eventually pick up on that.

If you want to have two different c-betsizes for wet boards, thats fine, but make sure that for each betsize you have different sort of hands in your range (with which you b/f, b/c etc...).

I personally wouldnt advise it, because imo it becomes very difficult and you can end up leveling yourself a lot.

You can ofc do it against a passive fish (or against whoever you think you can get away with it).

against regs keep your betsizing the same (and mind theres no shame in just c/giving up on super wet boards that nail villains range),
against fish its ok

so bigger on wet boards

smaller on dry boards

also position effects it too because of the strength of our range
