Better win-rate this week despite running -EV. Today is day 22 since $300 check request. Long wait, just so I can turn around and deposit it again on Sportsbook poker. Then wait forever for another check to actually enjoy. These longer waits may tempt me to try Bovada poker. Heard checks only take a week or so there but all tables are anonymous names/numbers.

Happy with past 8 days. Had 23BB rate up until last two days where I loosened up.
Had good week with gf but was told from her short term ex that we might want to get tested for HIV. Very tiny chance either of us have anything, but we will know the results Monday. This is the same guy that ruined our new years eve.

Need to focus more on biochemistry. Have been getting stronger with basketball and lifting. Wearing a 2 week heart monitor. Posting year to date graph also. Pretty happy I have maintained 19BB.

Took a look at how much rake I will need to pay in order to clear the 200% deposit bonus on SportsBook Poker. If I am able to use a NetSpend card like I have in the past, there will be a $1 transaction fee plus a 3.5% foreign transaction fee. For $300 that leaves me with $288 actually depositing. I have read there are other options than NetSpend.

That would leave me with a $577 bonus to clear. On Merge they want you to earn 1500 points ($150 rake paid) for every $10 of your bonus you clear. 10 cents rake= 1 point so I'd have to pay $8,656 in rake in order to get all of my bonus within 90 days before it expires. Holy hell.

In my last 90 days playing I have only earned $797 and paid $611 in rake. If I have the same 90 days, I will only clear $40 of my bonus. Eeek. I expect to move up to 25nl within 90 days and earn more, but I still won't come close to clearing half that bonus unless I play all the time. Better than no extra $ at all I guess. But man I am giving up $12 already if I deposit with a NetSpend card. And then when I withdrawal I may get a 3% fee from Merge, of which I will have already withdrawn from Carbon Poker and been charged 3% before and then SportsBook will get me, if they don't offer the once a year free withdrawal. It should still turn me an extra profit tho. And maybe a new screen name will earn me some extra $ until the other regs realize I'm a reg.

Just want to barf. $61 below expected past two days. All ins with sets on turn cards 95% to win and AA and KK all in preflop to under pairs.

Had a crazy $40 downswing at 4nl. Wondering if I was blessed my first few months of playing, b/c I always ran well above ev (my strong hands usually held). Now it seems most of the week I run under. I did make a long comeback and finished above. My check took 41 days to get here.

Roll $557. Only $17 below my graph peak now, so should be fine with 10nl.

I may wait to deposit on Sports Book poker b/c I'll need to play for 3 months with no cashout in order to maximize my bonus, and I'd currently only get $40 for it at my level. May be better off staying put for now, as far as Merge. There's always Bovada and faster cashouts. I will always have bills to pay so at least one cashout a month helps.

I have been playing more basketball. Getting some definition back.

Also I passed my blood test for std's. Girlfriend had however tested + for Hep C. Most likely from her sharing drug needles as early as 4 years ago. We did breakup again, since I don't want to marry her. She is still my closest friend.
I played some ball tonight with some of the Ohio Christian University basketball players. Really showed me how rusty I am.

Comparable winrate and amount won this week compared to most of past few weeks. Thanks to heater the last two days. Requested $120, leaving roll at $536. Not holding breath for check to arrive in less than 6 weeks.

Joined a men's basketball rec league. 8 games and then a single elimination tournament. 9 or 10 teams. Left achilles started getting sore last week to the point where I was limping after one pickup game. Hoping I can do this now.

Have been on autopilot grindin the micros and still messin with ex. Haven't focused any on learning biochemistry. Need to change that.

Was excited to post this weeks graph, then I bombed the last day. Decided to try some Lag play and had my moments, but fell into some big mistakes. Did have near 20BB rate on week after day 6. Took a brief shot at 50nl and some 25nl and did will in the latter, going on a $84 heater. 4 Different downswings this week, not too happy. Will try to regroup.

Played in my 1st basketball rec league game last night. There are 12 teams and mine played one of the top 4 and got blown out by 30+. I managed 14 points but made plenty of mistakes. Our team needs to build chemistry. We are all out of shape and only had 6 guys for most of game.

25nl didn't go so well and 10nl was a lil blah. crushed 4nl tho and started a long comeback. I also messed around with playing styles and was a lil too aggro. Also played mass volume this week.

Just 4nl. Mixing it up and tilting sure produced a lot of swings. Also ran $18 under EV.

Had our 2nd rec league bball game and we lost to a team that only had 4 guys. We had 7. They were all fairly good. My exercise tolerance has took a big jump lately. Both my achilles are sore so gotta be careful. Had more dunks in three games today at the park, then I've had during all games in the past month. Haven't had much dizziness in past two days.

Finally back to my peak.

Took some time to recover this week from my 25nl shot taking. At a new all time peak. Roll $711. Been close to a month since my last Carbon Poker check request of $120. Still waiting on it.

I find myself playing a lot of 4nl still. Now that I almost have 30 bi's for 25nl, I can prolly just stick to 10nl as my base stake. Really need to prepare my mind tho for any 10+ buyin drop I might have.

These long cashout times are making me want to move most of my roll to either bovada or WPN again.

Excited for March Madness. Rooting for Arizona to take it.

Am still having some heart arrythmias. Scheduled for May 4th to be seen by an Ohio State heart doctor and will probably have an EP Study done and possible ablation. Scared.

Funny you ask. They just got rid of 4nl at the strike of April Fools Day, so I have to. Part of my reason was that I have been waiting on these slow check cashouts. 6 week wait now and counting for $120. I want to see something for my efforts before I take more risk. I built my remaining roll up to $972 in the meantime. I have actually made plenty of attempts at 25nl the past two weeks but 6 out of my last 7 sessions I lost at least one buy in. That $150 amount was getting to my head. Part of me is afraid I will lose 12+ buyins at 25nl, so I had been continuing with both 4 and 10nl to smooth out the swings.

There is some fear that $ on merge could be monopoly $ at this point. Or at least $ all of us will be waiting months to see. Not only are checks going even slower now to be sent out, but also Skrill payments for rest of world players. Checks are quoted at 3-5 weeks (once again 6 weeks and counting now) and Skrill is supposed to be 4-7 business days or so. Those are at 12 and counting.

Week: 10nl 6max and 25nl gave me some drops but I managed to finish strong. Ran 20-25BB at 4nl, 4nl 6max, 10nl, and won a nice pot at 25 6max during my brief time there.

I also did end up bankroll tilting after my $95 downswing and skipped 50nl and went straight to one 100nl table. I got $48 there and left (not shown in graph b/c I have low version of PT4). So ended up $143 on week.
