Thanks man. I think MDMA is the best drug ever and actually haven't had any negative effects after doing it except reduced sleep the same day, but for sure if i used it more frequently it would make me more depressed like heavy drinking and speed made me recently. I think at least now that i'm gonna use it once every few months or so for the rest of my life. The problem with any drug, alcohol or even energy drinks etc. is overdoing them.

Yeah well i've read some stuff about 5-htp etc. Maybe i should do some more research and try stuff. The best "cure" for sure is just doing it less often.

Today i was after the bottom hu tables which are essential to have if u want to play fun players at all. Everyone is after them so to keep them u have to play every reg that sits u throughout the day and sometimes there are like 3 regs sitting u simultaneously at every stake and it's just a big headache. Luckily the very best players aren't interested in lower stakes as much so it's relatively easy to get mid stakes tables compared to +1k where u have to battle all the 5-10k regulars.

No idea why it makes you feel weird for a few days. The few studies done on 5HTP are simply on their results. It's hard to get something that replaces a multi billion $ industry approved for studies, you need people doing it on their own dime.

What did u mean w bottom tables? I thought the table list for stars HU always was in random order so that all regs have equal chance of playing vs recreationals?

What do u think of villains calldown where u have QQ quads? Your sizing seemed a bit off postflop, misclick/miscalculation?

Mobile players will see bottom tables first so they are more likely to play them.

I think that QQ hand is super standard play by both of us. Flop is super dry so i'm betting my whole range 1/3 pot as there is no need to protect against draws and i can still get all the money in by the river.



Although very marginal win today i'm super happy about my red line and play overall.

Heading to only casino in Finland to play some live 10/10 plo which i'm quite bad at but it will be fun for sure. There are some huge fun players every now and then when it runs but i have no clue if it's +ev game for me. Will update tonight / tomorrow how it went.

Worst mistake in a while against this specific opponent. I was folding almost instantly but somehow started to talk myself into call because i have a boat and so on..

Live games wen't ok but i was bit bored maybe because i wasn't drinking. At some point Ilari Sahamies joined the table totally drunk as always and was quite entertaining. Ended up +800€.

This morning some swedish guy i have never seen before asked me to 3tbl nl400 hu with him and i agreed. This guy was much better than i expected some random guy who i haven't seen to be. Felt bit of ran over and 3 tables was for sure too many for me. Anyways lost only few buyins even tho losing all preflop allins which is not bad.

Had a discussion with friend about what poker game u should play in 2015 to maximize your value. Made me realize how stupid it is to focus on heads up nl, even tho its my favorite game. There are just so few fun players compared to the amount u have to play vs regs compared to ring games where there is fun player or bad reg on almost every single table. I'm also considering steady switch towards 6-max plo, but the variance in that game just terrifies me.

Bit of a feel play from me.






























Played some hu with a friend of mine and he left owing me one button. I asked him to come back and play one bb and joked something about open shoving. Then the guy comes to play his button and open shoves and i don't like to get owned so i call

Past few days haven't been the greatest. I feel like my base game is pretty strong and i'm doing lot of good things but also some big mistakes in big pots that i realize instantly. Just cutting the amount of mistakes and especially the big ones will make a huge difference in a long run and it's something i'm going to focus on more. Also playing more than 4 tables at two different sites makes me perform so much worse it's unreal. While playing i don't even realize it but after reviewing the sesssions it's pretty clear.





Bought CREV yesterday and have been playing with it a bit. If anyone knows any good videos about using it i'd like to know.

Yesterday was pretty brutal. Had 8k downswing at 1k but managed to win few buyins back at the end. I'm currently taking a small break from the games and examine some spots in CREV. Also already did some database analysis and found some weaknesses in my play past 10k hands i didn't even realize. It's funny how i spot so many leaks in my opponents stats by quick glance but don't realize i'm also making the same mistakes in some spots.


With these positions i think villains range is very strong with no bluffs in it. Called pre because i hate folding and we were deep but it might be pretty bad call since i have to fold trips. I thought for sure he is not valuebetting AA / QQ OTR anymore and couldn't figure any hand he would bluff me with so i folded.

Thanks man. I actually just hit 100k vpps on pokerstars today. I think i'm getting like 40% rb but it has pretty tiny impact on my overall results. Rakeback is crucial at lower limits but bigger the stake rake and rb will have less and less impact on your results. If i'm ever going to make million dollars it has to be by playing high stakes and rb will not make any difference.

That's a nice observation.
Probably at 400 you no longer need RB as much, and it's more about finding fish.

Another tilt update:

Running so ****ing bad in every mother****ing spot it's ****ing un ****ing real **** this ****ing game! Down atleast 13k in past few days i don't even want to check results all i know is i can't even reload at pokerstars again. Will maybe take last 2bi shot at 1k tomorrow or later and if it fails move down to 400-600. While posting this lost ****ing another 2k while 1 tabling some 1k 6-max with fish. Again feeling like the unluckiest man in the whole ****ing world.

Degening my last pokerstars rolls on 1k hu since no 6-max is running this early. Actually won few bi's and my tilt is kinda wearing off. Will probably play some 6-max 1k later and hopefully get to this huge upswing i've been dreaming of for months
