Pub poker
My favourite pub tournament. The blinds are usually 1k/2k 1.5/3k when we hit the final table and normally I have a stack of 100k

16 players tonight with a starting stack of 43K

Arrived at the final table with 90k and made it down to the final 6. Ran two pair into a better two pair and the rivered straight vs a guy who had been calling down with J/Q/K/A high all night. I'm good most of the time in that spot when I value shove so cant complain.

Played the £20NL cash game buying in for £40 and finished up £30 before the pub shut.

Managed to get all my chips in on the first two hands by flopping a draw and managing to inflate the flop when I hit my draw on the turn. I have a pot sized bet left on the river and jam all in. Villain folds.

The second hand I flop the nut flush with a royal draw. AJs. Villains leads into me all the way creating a huge pot and I shove over is river bet. He folds two pair to me.

The bust out hand came after I made the money. AT vs KQ. KQ shoves and I snap call because she was wanting to make the takeaway before it shut. K on the river. Sigh.
